The World´s Only Thin Kerf, Low Tensioned, Swedish Silicon Steel 1″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″ and 2″ Band Saw Blades.

We produce low-tension, Swedish silicon steel and cobalt blades from 1- to 2 inches wide for many applications. We are the only company that mills and induction hardens the teeth in every blade we make. Our blades are used on everything from the smallest to the largest band mills and resaws.

* Our New 1-1/2″ x .052 thick blades are designed to run on both small and large band mills, headrigs and high production resaws, such as the Wood-Mizer LT40, LT70 and LT300, Baker 36 Series, LogMaster, Accu-Trac, S & W and vertical Amish mills. The blades thickness allows for tremendous stability and overall life in all applications. This is the most productive blade you will ever use.

* Our New 1-3/4″ x .052 thick blades are specially designed to run on large band mills, headrigs and high production resaws, such as the Wood-Mizerïƒ' LT70/300, Baker 36 Series, LogMaster, Accu-Trac, S & W and vertical Amish mills. The blades beam strength and gullet depth combined with milled and induction hardened teeth allow them to out perform any other blade that is presently available today in both overall life & cutting speed.

* Our 2″ x .052 thick blade is specifically designed to cut grade lumber on high-production band resaws, such as the Brewco 800/1600/1800 and large band mills. This blade has exceeded our expectations and has given our customers both longer blade life and faster feed rates over the bi-metal blades commonly run on these saws.

* Our 1-1/4″ x .045 thick blade has become our most successful blade to date, running on small to medium size band mills and resaws. This blade for its size is more stable and will cut faster than any other blade on the market.
